Terms of Service

By purchasing any of my services you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

BY ORDERING ANY NSFW ART FROM ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE OVER 18 YEARS.

I DO NOT CONSENT TO USE MY WORK FOR AI GENERATORS, NFTs OR SIMILARS IN ANY KIND. ANY OF THIS USE IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED.

As the artist, I have full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client cannot claim it as their own.

The client have my permission to repost the art they paid for to the site they desire, only if they give me the right credits such as a link to my Bluesky and/or Twitter profile or original post.

In the case of using my commissions commercially, I will reserve the right to double the price (not applied to uses such as profile picture, banners, etc). If I find the client using my work for commercial purposes without previous compensation, I will reserve the right to file a DMCA and/or take legal action. In addition to this, the client will be added to the blacklist, unable to commission me again.

  • It is prohibited for the client to claim the artwork as their own.

  • It is prohibited to alter the commission in any way that makes it unrecognisable from the original.

  • It is prohibited to use the artwork for commercial uses when it has not being said and paid for previously.

Breaking any of these terms will end up in the client blacklisted and unable to commission me in the future. I, the artist, will also reserve the rights to file a DMCA claim and/or take legal action.

A full refund will only be given if the commission is cancelled (by me the artist, or the client) only if I have not started working on it yet.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission, for any reason and without explanation.

If I, the artist, need to cancel a commission due to health issues or anything similar, I will either give a full refund if I have not started yet or a percentage based off the progress I have done.

I need to be provided at least a clear image reference of the character(s) the client wants on the commission (at least for the characters I am not used to draw. You can take a look at my Bluesky, Patreon and Twitter media), as well as a description in case there is anything else I should know to better represent the character(s) desired.

If you provide a few images as references of your character(s) that may vary in style and/or design, please understand that I might not be able to represent the character(s) with 100% accuracy.

Have in mind that I have my own art style, so I will not match any other.

I only accept wlw (nb and trans are absolutely included and ok!).

Any sort of hateful content such as transphobia, homophobia, racism, ableism, characters with fascist imagery or similars, etc, is completely prohibited.

YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO COMMISSION ADULT CONTENT.

I will reserve the right to ask for your ID in case I suspect you are not over the age of 18. You can cover all your personal data such as your face, legal name, location, etc., except for your birthdate so I can confirm and be sure that you are legally an adult.

If I ask for this information and it is denied, I will not take the commission.

As taxes have to be legally applied and vary per country, I have to know where the client is from so I can apply the tax to the invoice.

Any delay there may be during the completion of a commission, I will personally inform the client.

The completion of a commission may take three to four weeks if you are not first or second on the list. If you are, it may take one to two weeks.

You can check my Trello work board to follow and check commissions' queue and progress.

Every commission includes sketch, lineart and flat colour (in case of full colour commissions) approval stage. Please have in mind to make any pose changes or similars during the sketch phase, and colour changes during the flat colour's. I will not accept big changes (such as redrawing pose, character(s) shape or similars) when the final piece is completed, neither changes that could have been done during the sketch or lineart phase.

If the client still wants to make a change of that kind, an extra payment may be discussed.

If I, the artist, make any errors or miss any details that have been given through images and/or description, I will fix them at no cost.

The progress of the commission will be paused after sending the sketch, lineart and flat colour until approved by the client.

If for any reason, the client does not want me to post the commission online, want me to wait or upload it by themselves for any reasons, they must let me know before hand.

DO NOT under any circumstances, give PayPal feedback on transactions if asked when paying an invoice from me. This could put both you and me to risk, and have the account banned, yours and mine.

This ToS may be subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will not be applied retroactively.

Patreon requests:

  • You are elegible for a NSFW request right after joining and then after every four months.

  • Contact through Patreon's PMs or Discord's PM if you are on the server.

  • If patron is on the Standard Tier, they can choose a coloured sketch request. If patron is on the NSFW Edeleth tier, they can choose a flat colour request.

  • Must be wlw (nb and trans are absolutely ok!).

  • Must be NSFW.

  • Up to three characters

  • No OCs.

  • Only characters that have official visual references.

  • I will not draw realism.

  • Only characters from media minimally known among the people that supports me.

  • No progress will be shown for any Patreon requests. If the patron wants to ask for something, I will need a description and references. Once I complete it, I will upload it to Patreon.

  • Each request will be uploaded to the tier the patron that asked for it is subscribed to.

  • If you ask for a request and leave or change to a lower tier while I have not yet completed it, you will only be able to see it if you join or upgrade back to the same tier.

  • If you join, ask for a request, cancel your subscription and then join again, you must wait a minimum of three months to ask for a request.

  • I, as the artist, reserve the right to decline any request, for any reason and without explanation. You can always come up with different ideas, other ships or characters while they follow the rules above.

Commissions:

  • I accept payments only through Paypal invoices.

  • I start working on the commission only after receiving the payment, never before.

  • Completion time expected to be around three weeks.

  • I charge in EUR (euros).

  • I do not accept any refunds once the commission is in progress.

  • Please do not rush me. WIPs will be shown in a total of three phases: sketch, lineart and final completed piece. You can check for missing details or small changes.

  • Changes too complicated, that require more time than expected or that could have been changed during the sketch phase will not be accepted or will be needed to pay an extra.

  • If you ask for it, I can save a place in the queue.

  • If your turn comes and you have not paid yet, I will skip you until you do so.

  • If more than two weeks have passed, I will take you out of the queue.

  • No partial payments are accepted under 150 EUR.

  • If you choose partial payment and the invoice is not fully paid in two months, I will stop working the commission no matter how progressed it is.

  • If you choose partial payment, don't pay the full price in a maximum time of two months and don't reply within a month, I will add you to the blacklist and will not accept more commissions from you.

  • I have all the rights to use any commission on my portfolio, as content for Patreon, to use as samples on my commissions' chart, etc., though I usually always ask before proceeding with it.

  • If the client is contacting me out of Discord (such as Twitter), the final art will be sent as a PNG file to their email. I will also do so if they are contacting me through Discord. Even if sending the file through Discord does not affect the quality of the file, I know it can mess with it or the client must prefer it.

These are my SFW comissions' prices.
Have in mind that these are base prices. They may increase per character added, if the character(s) are detailed, if I am used or not to draw them, etc.
If you are interested in a NSFW commission, please contact me on Discord, Bluesky or Twitter. If Discord is a better option for you, let me know before hand through either Twitter or Bluesky PMs.
Bluesky is always preferred.

I will draw:

  • Human

  • Furry

  • Creatures

  • OCs

I won't draw:

  • Minors on NSFW!

  • Gore

  • Robots / mechas

  • Backgrounds full of buildings or that are too complex.
